Whether you are trying an MTB for the first time, or looking to add a new string to your bow, our off-road demo day events are the perfect way to take some of the best bikes on the market for a spin. With a host of brand-new (just released) models on-hand, including all-new e-bikes, there has never been a better time to come get dirty with us.


For 2018 we will be hosting demo days all around Australia and New Zealand, at some of the best mountain biking locations in the southern hemisphere. At each event you will find a fleet of bikes ready to ride, plenty of refreshments, as well as on-hand Giant and Liv experts, ready to answer any and all questions you may have.


These events are extremely popular, so bookings are essential to reserve your ride. Simply click on the event nearest you and choose the bike (or bikes) you want to test out.

We've summarised the most frequently asked questions about our demo days program below (with even more on this page). They cover everything from the process of booking a bike through to what you should bring.

Do I need to make a booking?
We strongly recommend that if you plan on attending one of our Demo Days that you make an online booking. If you haven’t made a booking prior we can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to test ride a bike and we’d hate for you to miss out!

What if I can’t attend and need to cancel my booking?
We’re sorry to hear that but if for any reason you’re unable to attend our demo day please respond to the email address your original booking came from telling us so we can make the model available again.

What do I need to bring?
Please ensure you bring with you a valid driver’s license or other Photo ID, an Australian standards approved helmet (or NZ approved if in New Zealand), your own pedals if not Shimano MTB or flat pedals, water bottle, riding gear, mobile phone in case of emergency and any other cycling gear you would take out on a mountain bike ride.
